Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply Sew Adorable will take returns for all non-personalized items, within 10 days (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging). Shipping charges are not refundable. Should there be a defective item or spelling error, we will accept returns on personalized items. Please call first for an authorization number, no returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Upon receipt of the return, we will be happpy to replace or repair it.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
A: Simply Sew Adorable offers both Standard 2-3 day priority mail shipping and Overnight shipping through the United States Postal Service. Shipping cost is determined by the order total as shown below:

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: Simply Sew Adorable accepts Paypal and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by personal check, you may do so, but production of your order will be processed 10 days after receipt of your check. Contact us if you want further information.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A: Items will be produced within 5-7 business days, or sooner, of receipt of order. Custom items require a longer lead-time, and will be shipped as soon as possible. You will be notified when your item ships.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: All custom items are made to order. NO changes or cancellations can be made. Non-custom items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q: WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY CUSTOM ORDER?
A: Please check the spelling, font choices and monograms for accuracy when you place your order. Orders will be stitched "exactly" as the order is written. Please be sure to use upper and lower case letters as you wish the embroidery to be stitched. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation policies for more information.

Q: ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GARMENTS?
A: Please do NOT use bleach! All items are machine washable in cold water, using a color guard detergent. Please dry blankets and fine knits on low in the dryer, or dry on a sweater rack. Should you find light blue marks on your garments, these are only marking lines. Just spritz with cold water and the marks will disappear.

Q: I'M BUYING THIS AS A GIFT, CAN YOU SHIP THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY TO MY FRIENDS ADDRESS?
A: YES! No problem at all. We'll even include a gift card from you to your friend, just tell us in the comments section of the check out page what you'd like the card to say.

Q: DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE FONT CHOICE AVAILABLE FOR EACH PRODUCT?
